Unique Vintage Royal Blue Strapless Formal Dress

This dress is STUNNING! It is a true royal blue color, strapless, and has minimal rhinestone beading perfect just to hug your waist. Flows out and has a thin chiffon on top. No slit. Size 4. Worn twice - once to high school prom & another to a college sorority formal! I'm 5'6 and wore 2-3 heels in these photos. Measurements: Approximately 15'' armpit to armpit, 51'' from center of bust to bottom, and 12.5'' underneath the beading/at the waistline. Please ask for more measurements if needed!
