sheahoneygoth @bunbrit I wasn’t quite sure if I measured correctly, but I laid the sleeve flat and measured that way (I added a pic to the listing to show) and it was 9 inches. I assume that means it’s 18 all around, and that the diameter must be 9 as well. Hope this helps.

sheahoneygoth @bunbrit The skirt falls just past the knee and there’s a lot fabric and swish, so I think it would work well with a crinoline.
