@jackieprenderga, I feel like they are true to size. I wear a 6.5 or 7, but i like to wear thick socks, and it made them too tight for my liking. When I have thin socks fit normal. If I didn't use strap it wouldn't matter kind of socks. sorry this might not be the answer you wanted haha but l feel like they are true to size.
