UNKNOWN White Strappy Tie Up Heels

UNKNOWN brand. White Strappy heels with tie. They wrap up your ankle and they are super cute. Size 9, but can fit 8-9. They are my sisters. she did not like them on her after she bought them, so I am posting for her. As you can see they have never been worn. I wish they were my size or I would keep them.
