Remarkable piece: I've only found one other like it online. You will definitely be the only one wearing this! I believe it is Vintage but don't know the era for sure, though I think it is Y2K. Hand Made in Vermont by Gay Ellis & her staff. Gay Ellis was inspired by pictures of the traditional garb of the Samii people from Northern Scandinavia. (Google: Gay Ellis Sheffield Vermont for more info on the artist and business.) 100% Wool. Intricate Design with flowers and fish in greens, reds and golds with tiny bits of blue. In great condition: I've looked it over carefully and haven't found any flaws. Approximate Measurements: Pit to Pit: 19" Length from shoulder to hem: 22"
