butterflybuyn1 @wendyjenkinssto HEY! .. The way this dress is cut, there isn’t really a true armpit. The sleeves are cut wide, think raglan style; extending from dropped shoulder to where the drawstring waist is. If i measure across from middle of sleeve area, side to side (NOT INCLUDING THE ACTUAL SLEEVES) - the approx measurement is about 24 inches when dress is laid flat. Does that make sense??? If not, please let me know. THX FOR INQUIRING! 😊

butterflybuyn1 @wendyjenkinssto The waist (at elasticized drawstring) is approx 15 inches when not stretched. Keep in mind, the drawstring sits a little higher than natural waist; and flares quite a bit where your hips would likely be. About six inches down from drawstring, measurement laid flat is approx 24 inches for the size LARGE. Hope that info helps! 😊
