Two piece white skirt

I’d say this fits more like an XS in the waist. I couldn’t zip it fully on the waist and my waist is more small than average, but not tiny by any means. Label says small so I’d say it’s an XS realistically Wore to bridal shower. She needs a little steam to get the wrinkles out
