I purchased 4 earrings from an Etsy seller but cannot return them. I only opened one and am listing three. These are too small for my helix. SIZE / DIAMETER: Use a metric ruler to measure the distance from your piercing to the bottom edge of your nose (or ear) in millimeters. The hoop size has nothing to do with the size of your nose/ear but rather how high up or low your piercing is. You don't want the hoop to be so snug that it causes irritation.
