One of these is from the phillipines, a very cute hi-lo skirt approximately 12" flat across ( 24") stretchy top 17" length front hem 37" length back hem. Lightweight and airy they make great spring skirts. I estimate the prange print skirt to be 90's to early 2k and the high lo 2010s
