Tweed-like skirted Dress

Top is black with thick straps and stitching going down the bust to the waist to give it a bit more structure and shape. The "skirt" is attached and made from tightly woven white and black thread so give it a dark grey, tweed like appearance. Wear it with a belt and/or fitted blazer for a work appropriate outfit! Tag says small but it fits more like a medium to small. In gently used condition.
