For sure!
Bust is 32” and the waist 35” is not fitted, the dress is flared from the top down. Im a 32D and the dress fits very well. The base fabric is stretchy too (though the veil fabric is not). The mannequin in the photo’s bust measurement is 34” with an underbust of 29”

I will say, the color of the dressis slightly more greenish than it appears in photos. Not quite enough green to be full on turquoise, but definitely not cobalt like in the photo.
