The rubies are genuine (verified on my Presidium II Gem Tester), but the lovely white stone registered as synthetic. They have a lot of sparkle and trust me, no one will know. These are supposed to have an "antiqued" look to them, and although they need a polish, there were lightly washed in vermeil. Very lovely earrings, they just need to go to someone who will wear them.
