Tropical spaghetti strap floral summer dress. Zips up the front and has a padded bra and adjustable straps. Black background with colors of red, gold and green flowers. The pit to pit measures 17" which is more of a size S but the tag says large. It is form fitting and stylish by Haute Monde. It is new without tags.
