nikkibeposhin @nikkibelina the material is not stretchy. The waist has a light give but not significant. When I wore it I had a little black top under it. Also I am not home right now but I will measure it asap

nikkibeposhin @nikkibelina hello it’s fits a small. So size 0-4, yes I wore it before. It’s an adult size. And the measurement is 17.5 inches. Keep it mind it’s an open jacket that does not button. I added a picture to the pictures
