slshean Hi there! I think is just what I am looking for! Can you tell me please if the cuffs have Velcro a button etc and also the hood, anything to keep it shut around the neck? January in Paris, might need to devote that down haha. Thank you!

loriisabella @slshean hi! thank you! this is a very nice quality TOTES raincoat that I wore maybe twice? it is a tad oversized,more like a large. perhaps raincoats are like that in case you're wearing it over a coat? I cant get to my posh closet until morning but, I will look asap to answer your questions. 🌧⭐ were praying for rain here desperately! So...I'm going to lower the cost of the rain jacket! I'll send your info in morning!

loriisabella @slshean the hood has buttons so it is removable, however there is no button or tie to tie the hood at your neck. the wrists have no velcro or button to tighten them.

loriisabella @vanwilliams701 hi! this TOTES raincoat I'd practically new and made with great quality. the coat is thick , lined, has snap closures that a cloth piece overlaps to prevent rain from getting in. look at the 2nd pic, it's the back photo. There is a flap that hangs over your waist to prevent rain from entering the coat. the has does button off but you probably need it for rain!
