Tortoise shell and gold button style chain belt

this belt has a very Art Deco feeling to me. I think it’s a series of gold circles on the chain part of the belt. Shiny gold hardware and a patent leather tortoise shall combine in this lovely statement belt. Very Lily Pulitzer if she wore tortoise shell. In excellent condition.
