Torrid Chiffon Black/White Leopard and Yellow Floral Sheer Tank

This very cute piece has no stretch, but is super cute. Has pleating detail in front and cutout detail in back. It is a flowy top but sheer so would recommend a tank underneath if wearing to work. Excellent Condition. It is a size 3, which according to size chart is a 22W/24W, please see last picture for size/measurement reference.
