Beautiful black & white damask print dress with sweetheart neckline. Adjustable straps also detachable so you can go strapless. This has the inner elastic around breast/top area to hold dress in place & help avoid slipping.Zipper in back. Has belt loops ( but no belt) Tulle looks like it was mended (see pictures) 97% Cotton 3% Spandex Lining tulle 100% Polyester Measurements are taken laying flat double for approximate fit.
