Tiny by Anthropologie pale aqua blue dressy top, roll up 3/4 sleeves with buttons. Has lace on front placket and silver metallic thread swirly embellishments. Hard to show color in photos, but can be described as an icy cool pale aqua blue with a hint of mint green. Front does not close, just pinned for photos. At waist length.
