Tiny Tots Originals Vintage Girl's Pink Dress Approx. Size 18 months

This darling dress has some embroidery that consists of flowers and vines. It also has a butterfly appliqué. The perfect final touch is the flutter sleeves! Tiny Tots made clothes as far back as the 1950s but I think this one is from the 70s (but not sure). It has a condition issue that might be able to be fixed by someone who knows about vintage clothing. The collar and lace have yellowed. I did hand wash this dress but couldn't get the yellow out. Reasonable offers are welcome!
