This is the sweetest spring dress! It is classic late 70s/early 80s - cinched waist and straight but still loose skirt. The neckline, sleeves, and pockets all have white trim and I LOVE the blue diagonal stripes and the matching belt! The little bolero jacket is such a cute added touch. Not many dresses from this period have pockets so that's an extra win! For a fun extra detail, the belt buckles in 2 directions - look at the picture because it's confusing but so cute!
