This has not been worn NWOT. Blue and White Stripes with a ruffle accent at the bottom and sleeves come to a bell shape about 3/4 length and a peep button closure on the back. Looks great dressed up, or with jeans. ptp - 25 in. length- 27 in waist/ ruffle 24 1/3 100% Polyester (not alot of stretch).
