Tiffany Designs Dark blue Prom dress!

Worn for 1 prom, was shortened slightly. I am 5’6 and wore sandals and it perfectly touched the ground! Does have bustles but might need to be fixed I can’t remember! The mesh back adds so much detail while keeping it very modest! I loved this dress!
