This is not authentic but amazingly hard to distinguish any difference at all! It is sterling silver (the heart link that locks at the end is even stamped!). It has all small silver hearts with a bigger gold tone heart in middle. Beautiful!! It was quite an expensive replica because of quality... Selling for MUCH less! Even has original Tiffany case and outer box!
