Tie dye sundress/beach coverup

I bought this about a year ago at a gift shop and while it’s cute, it doesn’t fit me right and isn’t great for my complexion. It’s one size fits all but would be best if you’re size M or L. It’s ankle length on me (I’m 5’5) and would be great as either a sundress or beach coverup ☀️ New with tags, offers accepted :)
