Pre-loved, Threads 4 Thought dress. Black Has fishnet inspired midsection and shoulder straps. Has scoop neck and back. Inside tag has some wear. Inside near the fishnet, it would need to be adjusted once on. The hem is not laying correctly I believe. But I think it might could be ironed to get it to stay.
