Thomas the Train Infant Baby Beach Shoes size 2

These are so cute. They are a pair of 2007 Thomas the Train beach shoes by Gullane Limited. They have no tags or box but still have the store elastic that holds them together. They are marked USA size 2, Eur size 17 1/2 and Mex 9. Measures outside sole about 4 1/2 inches from heel to toe.
