Theory pea coat blazer over a down hooded jacket

The beauty of this blazer-over-a-jacket is that it offers the same warmth while looking a whole lot more tailored because, well, it is. The juxtaposition of both pieces also ensures it works perfectly with jeans and boots or a polished work sheath dress. Armpit to armpit is 19" and across back of shoulders 16.5" Only worn a couple times and in excellent condition.
