Theory Culotte pant

I’ve only worn these a handful of times, they hit me right at the waist and are slightly above the ankle. They look great with a chic bootie. Size 8, waist measures 16.5 inches and has stretch. Retail was $400 asking $35 OBO. They have a faint striping. They are a dark navy with dark brown faint stripes.
