Theory Brand Multipurpose Skirt Dress OSFA

Theory OS one size fits all 100% cotton. It has a stretchable top that can be worn as a top of a dress or skirt waistband. The black skirt is a-line style. 24” measurement on the blue top before stretching ( can be stretched quite a bit. Skirt part flares out measurement under the blue stretch piece is about 45”. It flares out to fit over the body. The length of the black skirt is 22.5”.
