I want so much to get this dress but I'm concerned about the hips. Only 18 inches flat for a size 12?

@pyewacket13 yes, my hips themselves measure 20.5. I don't usually see size 12 clothing that's so narrow. I just don't know how it would look stretched on the hips when it's not stretched at the bust.
