mugglesbelike @visiblysold its been ten days since the item was shipped and I have not received it. per USPS it looks like a label was created 12/4 but there has been no movement on the package. per poshmark faq if there is no tracking updates for your sale after its been shipped the seller can submit a claim for the order under 'Shipped, but Not Tracking' 5 days after item was shipped to settle refunds/earnings. Since it's been ten days can you file the claim?
