The Limited - Tulip Hem Striped Dress

This is a navy and light green striped, long-sleeved dress from The Limited. The tulip hemline hits below the knee (for reference, I am 5' 8") and the tie waist provides a slimming effect. There's a pretty pleated detail at one shoulder (pictured). In great condition. Material and washing details in pictures.
