The Express Black Silky Top!

The silky black formal top! By Express! It fits loosely at the top, and it’s gathered at the bottom. It’s not made out of silk, it just looks like silk. It’s made out of Polyester and Spandex. Has a v neck! The sleeves (at the end) have a stretchy, gathered material. Good for casual events or to dress up for a formal event! In the back of the top, at the bottom, it has stretchy material.
