amberdrott @manish Hi! My account was hacked into 4 days ago...I clicked on the email to notify Posh that I did not request the transfer & changed my password. The funds still were "in process" & now today they have completed & been transferred into the hackers account. I have tried emailing, messaging Facebook & even calling Posh & nobody will respond to me :( Can someone please respond to me & replace my funds?! I am so sad & helpless at this point...

thelilacloft @manish I guess my purchases aren’t covered from stale smoke odors because Support says they are “subjective” and maybe I should just try to resell the items to get my $ back. I disagree since most employers, schools, government agencies, rental car companies, hotels and hospitality institutions agree with me—smoking is prohibited since it is offensive.

thelilacloft So why should a seller be able to offer items listed as in great condition but neglect to mention smoke residual smell? Why should my kids, who are allergic to smoke, have to wear smokey smelling clothes? Just because you cannot see smoke odor does make it any less offensive or damaging since it permeates the fibers ruining the clothing. This is so disappointing.

I’m greatly concerned about identity theft. And I see no reason why I should expose DL# and DOB etc. I have emailed them through the app and they are insisting this is the only way I can move forward. otherwise I can no longer Posh.
