Tassel Earrings INC & Forever 21

Tassel fashion earrings from INC & Forever 21. They are new/unworn, but the INC multiple colored tassel have some marks on the metal. They came that way. The black tassel Forever 21 is missing the original backing. It came off & got lost. I replaced it with a spare that I had. It's not the same style, but it gets the job done. The back ones are studs. The others are fish hooks.
