Tarteist Pro glow liquid highlighter Color exposed ,this is new but somehow when I stored it in my make up storage some of the writing had gotten rubbed off. I don’t know how this is new without box and with rubbing of the writing I’ll be selling this for half price of the others that are the same

But it hasn't been used? I wouldn't mind if the outside was not in perfect condition, but my only concern would be whether or not it was opened and used. These scary times we live in has turned into a worrywart germaphobe 😱😊. Thank you so much.

Okay great, thank you. A couple of the items I was thinking about purchasing for my daughter but I won't be able to talk to her until tomorrow as she is on the night shift and has been working overtime. She's a ICU Nurse at her Hospital in San Diego.
