Talbots Embellished Flounce Sleeve Dress NEW

Talbots navy dress with eye catching gold buttons at shoulder, scoop neckline, and pleated layers of ribbon in navy, white, and sea green for a pop of color. New with tags. Just a great easy dress with sophisticated details. 100% cotton fabric that I would say is heavier than a tshirt but just slightly less heavy than a ponte fabric. Very nice weight size medium measures 18 1/2” armpit to armpit and 41” shoulder to hem. There are also 2 shaping darts at the bust line.
