Talbots Casual Olive Green Pocket Front Long Sleeve Blazer

Field jacket style army green 2-button blazer with an open chest pocket, flap pockets, and a vent at the back. Bought secondhand with the size tag removed,but it's 22.5 inches ptp and fits me (a reliable 18, 40H) across the shoulders but not across the bust- I wore it unbuttoned but could button it, just not comfortably. Easy care, including being dryer-safe, although I never did. Only flaw is one slight pull on the back, I have included a close up and a further out shot to show placement. Questions?
