@karabiel123 laid flat on a table: unstretched 21.5” and stretched 21.5” ; there are side panel stretches in the waist - my understanding is that this is worn somewhere below or around the smallest part of the waist; the skirts waist also is cinched in compared to the hips which read around 25 3/4”
