tasneemz @irishlady6401 Hi! This is all black. The tag might say black and white because this was part of a suit set. The jacket might have had some white. (My sister bought it for the jacket only). This is not my size so I’m not sure if it runs big, but I can take more detailed measurements for you (hips) and post them. I will also measure the actual circumference of the waist because as you can see it is more rounded while the measure tape shown is straight.
