baroquepeacock @helloekho I did the best I could following the instructions you provided. Bust = 37-38" because the bust has darts so it doesn't lie completely flat. Waist = 34". Hip= about 40". Length=60". The material does have a bit of stretch to it. There is a choice of belts. They are both the same and are leather. One measure 43" end to clasp with holes starting 4" from end. The other one measures 45" with holes starting 5" from end. Hope this helps.
