TOPSHOP, floral short tea dress, US size 4 , red with small white polka dots and blue flowers. Fit and flare dress, ends above the knee. I am 5'3" (picture attached with friend at the pier). No tears/stains. Only worn once!!! 97% viscose, 3% elastane.
