bacaljoanna @margiestreasure No, no drawstrings on the waist. The chest is about 40 inches. It is not the lightest jacket, it has this warm inner layer. Cleaning instructions- machine wash cold, do not bleach do not tumble dry, line drying, iron low, do not dry clean

bacaljoanna @margiestreasure It’s hard to measure exactly because you have to consider the inside layer. When I measure just the front and outside it’s 22 inches. My chest is 32 inches and when I wear it with a sweater I still have room left. It is definitely wide cut. Sorry for the confusion.
