drdubouch0 @laliemom hi there. I'm not 100% sure and the tags don't specify. but if I had to guess I'd say 44 men's because I'd wear a lg and these look to be too big. I'm not even sure what size 44 is in like s,m,l,xl....I'm so sorry I can't be more helpful. if you'd like, I could take a length and bust/hip measurement if you think that'd help : )
