Super cute and comfy off the shoulder dress

This is a super cute, soft, and light summer dress. It is Off-the-shoulder and it’s length is about mid-thigh. It has a super cute black and white pattern. Although, I cut the tags off it has never been worn. I also think this would be a super cute swimsuit cover up!
