@fitzwater79 don't be sorry for asking questions. There always welcome on my page! You can use the pigments either wet or dry. You don't need glitter glue for these. I would recommend using shadow primer before to insure it will last all day! Pigments come in 3g jars with 1/4 teaspoon of each Pigment!
