Sunny Leigh cotton ribbon skirt

Absolutely adorable cotton brown 100% cotton skirt has raw edged tan ribbon sewn in a decorative pattern around the whole skirt. Has a hidden side zip, full cotton liner for a little extra volume. Waist measures 14” flat-tag says size 4, but based on this I feel it would fit a 6 better (that’s the mannequin size) So listing accordingly as small-GO BY MEASUREMENTS.
