Rockabilly Circle Skirt! Very full circle skirt. Handmade. Zipper closure. No elastic in the waste. Pictured with crinoline underneath. Size 20/22. Preowned, has some imperfections since it is handmade, but in excellent condition. Only worn once. Measurements: Waist: 21.5” (no elastic) Length waist to hem: 25”
