Stunning floral full-length skirt

Listing moved to @mousybabe closet! I bought this second-hand. It appears to be handmade, no labels. The fabric has a satin sheen to it, it's cold and smooth to the touch. The fabric also has quite a bit of structure to it. It could be polyester but I'm not sure. The waist is likely about 24". I can provide exact measurements upon request!
